Borrow from another library
Our library is connected to other libraries throughout the state and nation. If you can't find an item in this library, ask the library director to help you get it from another library.
How does borrowing from another library work?
- Make a request in person or by phone, and the director will attempt to borrow it from another library.
- It can take 7-10 days for a filled request to be received by our library.
- Typically loan periods are for 30 days.
- Currently, there is no fee to borrow a book; however, donations are appreciated. We pay postage to return the book to the lending library.
Borrowing from another library is a great asset to allow you to read a book or finish a series that we might not have in our collection. Please ask and I will be happy to answer any questions!
